Safer and Easier Axle Popping

The ARES 2-Piece Axle Popper Kit provides you with a fork and shim, so you can quickly, easily, and safely break half shafts loose from the transaxle on front wheel drive vehicles. The forked end design means safer and more even application of pressure on both sides of the shaft than you would get with a prybar, and the included shim allows you to fill the gap between the half shaft and transaxle when needed, so you're fully covered for a wider variety of applications.

• Fork and shim measure 14 inches long
• Distance between prongs: 1 7/8 inches
• Forked design applies even pressure to both sides of the shaft for safer use
• Users can strike the axle popper wedge or use it as a pry bar to release the half shaft
